Welcome to POLARIS (“POLARIS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a mobile application by iWise. By downloading, accessing, or using the POLARIS app (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Who We Are
POLARIS is operated by iWise (“iWise,” “we,” “us”). These Terms govern your use of the POLARIS mobile app and any related services that link to these Terms.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use POLARIS. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent/guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
3) The Service (What POLARIS Is)
POLARIS provides:
AI-powered conversations and guidance
Personality insights (including numerology-based calculations and profile outputs)
Specialized Guides (multiple AI personas)
Weekly reports and insights
Optional memory features for personalization
Custom persona creation
Media features such as voice transcription and image understanding
POLARIS is intended for entertainment, reflection, and personal exploration purposes.
POLARIS is not a medical, mental health, legal, or financial service. It is for personal guidance and self-understanding only.
4) Important Disclaimer (No Professional Advice)
POLARIS may generate responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, speculative, interpretive, or not applicable to your situation.
AI-generated outputs may be fictional, biased, inconsistent, or based on probabilistic models rather than factual certainty.
Do not use POLARIS for:
medical diagnosis
mental health treatment
legal decisions
financial decisions
emergency support or crisis situations
POLARIS does not replace professional consultation of any kind.
If you need professional help, contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
You are responsible for how you interpret and use any information you receive through POLARIS.
5) Accounts & Accuracy of Information
If POLARIS requires account creation, you agree to:
provide accurate information (name, birth details, email where applicable)
keep it updated
maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
accept responsibility for activities under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse.
6) User Content
“User Content” includes anything you submit or upload in POLARIS, such as:
chat messages
voice messages and transcripts
images
custom persona settings
profile-related inputs
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, you grant POLARIS a limited license to process your content only to provide and improve the Service, including generating responses, summaries, insights, and personalization.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates these Terms.
7) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
use POLARIS for illegal activities
harass, threaten, or abuse others
submit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
attempt to bypass subscription access controls
use POLARIS to generate or distribute malware, scams, or harmful content
We may restrict or terminate access if we believe your use is harmful, abusive, or violates these Terms.
8) AI Outputs & Limitations
AI-generated outputs:
may be incorrect, incomplete, biased, or inconsistent
may not reflect real-world facts
may contain speculative or interpretive information
are not guaranteed to be accurate or error-free
POLARIS is designed to feel personal and conversational, but it remains a software-based AI system.
Users should exercise judgment and discretion when relying on AI-generated outputs.
9) Privacy
Your use of POLARIS is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it for details about data collection, processing, storage, and deletion.
10) Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Billing
POLARIS may offer free trials and paid subscriptions (for example weekly, monthly, or yearly plans). Subscription management is handled through Apple App Store or Google Play and may be supported by services such as RevenueCat.
A) Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, it is available for the period shown in the app (for example 7 days).
The price of the subscription will be displayed inside the app before you start the free trial.
At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
B) Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your store account settings.
Renewal will occur at the end of each billing cycle.
C) Payment
Payments are charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
POLARIS does not store full payment details.
D) Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings.
iOS: App Store → Subscriptions
Android: Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions
Cancellation stops future renewals. Previously paid periods remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
E) Refunds
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their policies.
POLARIS and iWise do not have access to store billing systems and therefore cannot issue refunds directly.
Refund eligibility and decisions are determined by the store platform.
F) Price Changes
Subscription prices may change over time.
If required, you will be notified through the store platform or inside the app before changes take effect.
G) Lifetime Access
POLARIS may offer a one-time “Lifetime Access” purchase that unlocks certain features permanently for the purchasing account.
Lifetime access:
does not expire
does not auto-renew
is tied to the account that made the purchase
Lifetime access applies to the current version of the Service and included features at the time of purchase.
Future premium features, separate products, or major platform upgrades may require additional purchases.
11) Third-Party Services
POLARIS may rely on third-party services to function, such as:
OpenAI API (AI chat, image understanding, transcription)
RevenueCat (subscription management)
Supabase (cloud backend)
Expo Notifications (push notifications)
optional analytics providers
Your use of the Service may also be subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers.
12) Availability, Changes, and Updates
We may:
modify or discontinue features
add or remove Guides
change how insights or reports are generated
release updates that alter functionality
We are not liable for changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of the Service.
13) Intellectual Property
POLARIS, including its design, branding, interface, algorithms, and software, is owned by iWise and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from POLARIS except as permitted by law or with written permission from iWise.
14) Feedback
If you submit feedback, ideas, or suggestions regarding POLARIS, you grant iWise the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation unless prohibited by law.
15) Termination
You may stop using POLARIS at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
you violate these Terms
we detect fraud, abuse, or security risks
required by law or regulatory authorities
Upon termination, your rights to use the Service immediately end.
Data handling and deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy and in-app deletion options.
16) Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, POLARIS is provided:
“as is”
“as available”
without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee:
continuous availability
error-free functionality
accuracy of insights or AI outputs
specific personal or professional outcomes.
17) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iWise and its affiliates are not liable for:
indirect damages
incidental damages
special damages
consequential damages
loss of profits, data, or goodwill
damages arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs
If liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total amount you paid for the Service during the previous 12 months (or the minimum amount allowed by applicable law).
18) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iWise from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
your misuse of the Service
your violation of these Terms
your violation of any law or third-party rights.
19) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye unless consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts and enforcement offices in Istanbul, Türkiye unless mandatory local consumer laws apply.
20) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, we may notify users within the app or through other reasonable communication methods.
Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
